This time of the year is always bitter sweet , for us of us it is fond memories and lost loved ones , for others it is dreams and hopes that weren't realised .. leaving nothing but empty echoes.

But mostly it is the distinct smell of cinnamon and mint ...gurgles of excited laughter , lots of tinsel and Christmas trees ...but where does God fit in?

Well actually He is the reason for the Season after all! ...

As fellow Christian I urge you this year let's focus outward and not inward!
Invite others into your home who may not have family to celebrate with, people who are lonely and alone. Invite those whose loved ones are far away and are therefore seperated by distance.

Take a warm meal out onto the streets for the homeless , fill a tummy and share God's love.

If you can make something and bless someone , do it!

Share the joy of celebrating our Faith and Salvation by giving back, and spreading love ....

God may be your bridge over troubled water, but re-align your compass this festive season... by focussing outwards and not inwards and showing others that God can be their bridge to and that He loves us all.
