Are you also hiding behind a mask ...
Today I feel really sad , I have had an argument on the way to work with my mother ... we are so close and having discord between us really upsets my spirit.
You see the future is never certain and we may make decisions and sacrifices for those we love, this however does not mean that everyone can take advantage of you and sometimes it it necessary to take a stand.
I feel like a clown today , hiding behind a facade of make up , dancing , smiling , laughing and in the meantime I am really hurting inside. I feel lost , I feel abused and I feel that the people I need help from are just not rising to the occasion.
Today the world seems distant , separated from me and I feel lost emotionally and financially. I am trusting the Lord to pull me through this emotional turmoil , to heal that which is broken and to restore some semblance of peace to my soul.
Father God please can you come into my life and take over the wheel, I feel lost and I need your compass right now Lord ... more than ever. You Lord alone are a lamp unto my feet , please shine your light into this darkness which threatens me ... guide me Lord with your clarity and your direction.

No matter your circumstance I pray that you too would seek the Lord.
