Treasure your friends they are your most valued posessions ....
This week has not been without difficulty and despite everything I can quite triumphantly say ... God is great and He will conquer all. I am at peace believing no matter what the future holds , it will be what God has in store for me and not what I would try to fashion myself.
However in this week I have come to realize just how important friends are, not only do they lift you up when you need it most ... They are also your support group.
I have never been as blessed as I am at this point in my life. Despite being a single I am far from alone, I have such an amazing bunch of friends. When a crisis calls they drop everything and come to my rescue....
God made us to live in community and love each other ... Phone a friend , tell him/ her that you love them and that life without them could never be the same.

I had good friends when I was young and of course a "best" friend but the women I'm friends with now as an older woman are gifts from God. We have all been through the major part of our lives and have so many experiences and more wisdom. It's good to get together and sometimes just sit and not even have to talk, just having their presence is enough. Thank you for posting, I need to make some phone calls and touch bases. You just gave me a little nudge. May God bless you abundantly!
